Rates & Insurance

We believe in clear, transparent pricing so you know what to expect before your first session. Explore our in-network insurance partners, private pay rates, and accessible options for those with financial need.

Insurance

We are in network with:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Blue Medicare)

  • Aetna

  • Medcost

  • Traditional Medicare (not United/UHC Medicare)

  • Humana (including Humana Medicare)

  • Tricare

We encourage all clients to contact their insurance provider before the first session to confirm coverage, co-pays for telehealth mental health services, and any deductible requirements.​

 

Private Pay

For individuals that do not have, or do not wish to use, insurance - session rates range from $100 to $200, per 55 minute session, depending on your provider.

If we are out of network with your insurance provider, we are happy to provide a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Serving the Underserved

Live Your Truth, PLLC is committed to serving the underserved. Although we do not accept Medicaid, we have created a step-down program to support those who qualify for Medicaid or have a similar financial need. There are a limited number of spots for this program, and a brief application is required.

6-12 month program

Cost is $120 per month via a payment plan of $30 per week

  • Months 1-3 include weekly sessions

  • Months 4-9 include bi-weekly sessions

  • Months 10-12 include monthly sessions

This is the general structure of the program, and can be adjusted to meet the needs of the client. Please reach out for a consultation if you are interested in this program.
