Individuals

Our work together is rooted in secure attachment and client-centered care.

We draw from somatic approaches for trauma healing, ACT for a value-aligned life, and CBT to shift how we think and respond to events. Mindfulness and positive psychology are central, because therapy isn’t just about moving from pain to relief, it’s about discovering how good life can truly get.

Relationship  Therapy

Relationship therapy is appropriate for romantic partners, friends, and adult family members.

This work focuses on deepening connection and fostering healthier patterns. Through empathy-driven approaches like Nonviolent Communication, somatic regulation, and intimacy coaching, couples and families gain tools to communicate openly and resolve conflict with compassion. Inclusive of LGBTQIA+ community, and non-traditional relationships, including ENM/poly.

Our Approach to Healing

Holistic Somatic Psychology is a mind-body approach to healing that views the mind, body, emotions, and spirit as interconnected and integral to overall well-being.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing is a body-based approach to healing trauma and stress. It focuses on the nervous system and the ways unresolved experiences can become “stuck” in the body. Through gentle awareness and regulation techniques, SE helps release tension, restore a sense of safety, and support resilience from the inside out.

Transpersonal Psychology

Transpersonal psychology integrates traditional therapy with a focus on spirituality and personal growth. This approach explores meaning, purpose, and connection beyond the individual self—supporting healing that includes mind, body, and spirit.

Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy

ACT is an evidence-based approach that combines mindfulness and behavioral strategies to help you relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings. Instead of struggling against them, ACT teaches acceptance, while guiding you to clarify your core values and commit to actions that bring greater meaning and alignment in your life.

Integrative Approach

An integrative approach blends multiple therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs. By drawing from evidence-based practices—such as somatic therapy, ACT, mindfulness, and positive psychology—we create a flexible, holistic path that supports healing, growth, and lasting change.

Internal Family Systems

IFS helps you explore the different “parts” of yourself with compassion and curiosity. By understanding and healing these inner parts, you can release old patterns, foster balance, and move toward greater self-acceptance and peace. Our clinicians are IFS-informed and have completed continuing education, but are not certified.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

CBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. By developing practical coping strategies, CBT supports lasting change, reduces distress, and fosters healthier ways of thinking and living.
