About Me
I am a therapist and somatically-oriented clinician who believes deeply in the power of connection—with ourselves, our families and communities, the natural world, and our sense of spirituality. I am committed to fostering a space where clients feel seen, heard, and validated. I love supporting people in building self-esteem, learning healthy communication skills, and healing from past pain and trauma to create a more empowered, connected, and regulated life.
My Philosophy
I believe therapy should be collaborative, inclusive, and rooted in compassion. Each person deserves a safe, supportive space to explore their challenges and strengths, and to move toward a life that feels aligned and meaningful. Whether working with individuals or couples, I hold a non-judgmental space where authenticity, curiosity, and healing can unfold.
My Approach
My work is client-centered, strengths-based, and integrative. I draw from evidence-based therapies, somatic techniques, and parts work/internal family systems to help clients reconnect with their bodies and inner selves. With couples, I emphasize healthy communication, emotional connection, and mutual understanding. I am affirming of polyamorous, ENM, and LGBTQIA+ relationships, and I tailor therapy to honor each client’s unique values and goals.
