Hello! I’m Elise, a licensed therapist and somatically-oriented clinician who believes in the power of connection—with ourselves, our families and communities, the natural world, and our own sense of spirituality. I am deeply committed to fostering a space where clients feel seen, heard, and validated. I love supporting clients in building strong self-esteem, learning healthy communication skills, and healing from past pain and trauma to create a more empowered, connected, and regulated life.

I offer virtual therapy for adults and couples navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, PTSD/CPTSD, neurodivergence, substance use, life transitions, low self-esteem, stress/overwhelm, and grief. My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and integrative: combining evidence-based therapies, somatic techniques, and parts work/internal family systems to help clients reconnect with their bodies and inner selves.

My work with couples emphasizes communication, emotional connection, and mutual understanding. I am inclusive of polyamorous, ENM, and LGBTQIA+ relationships. I approach therapy as a collaborative process where your values and goals are central to our work.

I offer nature therapy in the Asheville/Leicester area (private pay only - $150 per session) and am open to clients of all spiritual beliefs. I am in-network with Aetna and BlueCross BlueShield and Medcost insurance. If you're ready to begin your journey toward healing and self-discovery, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation.
